Capellini are a very thin variety of Italian pasta. Capelli d’Angelo (literally angel hair) are even thinner threads of this Italian pasta that resemble the golden angel’s curls. Capellini are made of durum wheat flour, which is why they are of golden color. This pasta has a very equisite and tender taste. Usually capellini are served with a broth or with a light sauce.
Bring water to a boil, drop the pasta. Take 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Boil for only 1 minute, which makes them the fastest cooking type of pasta.

Storage: keep refrigerated at +2°C — +4°C for 45 days. If desired or required pasta maybe dried at room temperature (the package film must be removed) and stored additionally for 120 days in a dry, cool place like all dried pasta products.
