Multi-colored homemade pasta contains only organic products that provide the dye – spinach, carrot juice and beets juice. It will be a delight to your family and turn an ordinary day into a colorful celebration. Dishes from pasta are usually a full-fledged meal, which can be supplemented with a glass of wine and green salad.
Bring water to a boil, drop the pasta. Boil for 3-5 minutes. Take 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Do not strain. Add oil or sauce to prevent sticking. Boil for 2-3 minutes to cook al dente.

Storage: keep refrigerated at +2°C — +4°C for 45 days. If desired or required pasta maybe dried at room temperature (the package film must be removed) and stored additionally for 120 days in a dry, cool place like all dried pasta products.
