The story of this pasta is linked with the history of Naples: it was invented and named after Princess Mafalda of Savoy. It is wide and flat and with wavy edges on both sides. Mafaldine is indeed considered royal pasta and therefore requires refined recipes (You can find them on our website in the Recipes section).
Why Mafaldine is interesting?

Secondly, it is made exclusively of durum wheat flour, which means it is healthy and will not add you any weight. Bring water to a boil, drop the pasta. Take 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Boil for 1 minute to cook al dente.

Storage: keep refrigerated at +2°C — +4°C for 45 days. If desired or required pasta maybe dried at room temperature (the package film must be removed) and stored additionally for 120 days in a dry, cool place like all dried pasta products.
