Ravioli by Kulinaium Meister are made from fresh dough. They have genuine taste of homemade food and are easy to cook. The filling may be as different as you like it to be. Fresh mushrooms with gentle creamy taste of Mozzarella cheese is one great option. Dried mushrooms provide a truly exquisite aroma. Enjoy!
Pour 1.5 l of water into a large pot to cook one package of ravioli (20 pieces). Bring the water to a boil, add a bit of salt (the filling in the ravioli is cooked and salted). Drop the ravioli into the boiling water and return to a boil. Cook ravioli for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Remove them to a colander. Serve with melted butter or sauce. INGREDIENTS: Dough 50%: high-grade wheat flour 70%, durum wheat flour (semolina) 30%, water, salt, ascorbic acid. Filling 50%: stir fried mushrooms 60%, Mozzarella cheese 20%, fried onion, sunflower oil, dried whey, dried mushrooms, wine vinegar, black pepper, salt.
