Ravioli are very popular in Europe. They are made from thin pasta dough with a filling of choice – meat, fish, veggies, cheese.
Delightful taste of tender salmon, spinach and ricotta inspires for a romantic dinner with a glass of fine white wine. Gentle cream sauce will enhance the exquisite taste of ravioli.

Pour 1.5 l of water into a large pot to cook one package of ravioli (20 pieces). Bring the water to a boil, add a bit of salt (the filling in the ravioli is cooked and salted). Drop the ravioli into the boiling water and return to a boil. Cook ravioli for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Remove them to a colander. Serve with melted butter or sauce. INGREDIENTS: Dough 50%: high-grade wheat flour 70%, durum wheat flour (semolina) 30%, water, salt, ascorbic acid. Filling 50%: braised salmon fillet 70%, Ricotta cheese 18%, spinach 5%, dried whey, vinegar, sea salt, rosemary extract, lemon pepper.
