The true ravioli are made only from fresh dough. Mozzarella and spinach are the classic ingredients for the filling. Combining them with the “king of the cheeses” Parmesan we get a refined and tender dish that tastes special and is easy on the stomach. Be creative with your choice of a sauce and enjoy the result!
Pour 1.5 l of water into a large pot to cook one package of ravioli (20 pieces). Bring the water to a boil, add a bit of salt (the filling in the ravioli is cooked and salted). Drop the ravioli into the boiling water and return to a boil. Cook ravioli for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Remove them to a colander. Serve with melted butter or sauce.
