Popular in Europe and around the world ravioli are cooked with different fillings depending on the desire and imagination of the cook. Pour 1.5 l of water into a large pot to cook one package of ravioli (20 pieces). Bring the water to a boil, add a bit of salt (the filling in the ravioli is cooked and salted). Drop the ravioli into the boiling water and return to a boil. Cook ravioli for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Remove them to a colander. Serve with melted butter or sauce.
