Fresh Dough for pizza


Two rods of thin rolled dough with a diameter 32 cm on the parchment paper for baking. You can use any kind of filling. Different pizza recipes give you a chance to create something new using various products. We suggest that you make a real thin Italian pizza.

If required add flour to prevent sticking. Unroll the dough leaving it on the parchment paper. If desired you can cut the pizza base into slices. Grease the dough with olive oil, place the ingredients on top, sprinkle with cheese. Preheat the oven to 220 °C and bake your pizza for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crusty.

There is something we recommend in order to improve your cooking experience. Before you start unrolling your dough, take it out of your refrigerator, and while you take your time with your fillings or oven keep it 20-30 min at the room temperature in order to restore its elasticity.

Storage: keep refrigerated at +2°C — +4°C for 45 days. Use within 3 days of opening. If desired or required, the product may be frozen and stored additionally for 90 days at –18°C – 25°C.
