Pasta is 12 mm. Italians call this kind of pasta pappardelle and cook it with a variety of sauces, vegetables, meat, mushrooms, seafood and other ingredients. Golden color of pasta is alternated with several green stripes colored with spinach.
Bring water to a boil, drop the pasta. Take 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta. Boil for 2-3 minutes to cook al dente. Boil for 5-7 minutes to cook soft. Do not strain.

Storage: keep refrigerated at +2°C — +4°C for 45 days. If desired or required pasta maybe dried at room temperature (the package film must be removed) and stored additionally for 120 days in a dry, cool place like all dried pasta products.
